Erin announced that books in the library will be available to check out as of
Monday.  Don't forget, donations to the library are always accepted.

We decided that we would need about 11 pizzas for the first meeting to
comfortably feed the expected turnout.

We prepared the paperwork to re-register as a RSO on campus.

We decided on office hours for the semester.

Aaron is going to check into getting a discount at the Game Shop as a paid
Guild member benefit.

John reported that not much went on at the WSA meeting.

We decided that we should plan a small event we could have funded by WSAAC.
Andy B. and Dave are going to work on the paperwork.

>From last meeting, we discussed revisions that are going to be made to the
Guild constitution, which are pending further work and discussion.

>From last meeting, we considered several items we could put the Guild logo
on.  Some of them include t-shirts, key chains, and dice bags.  No plans are
made, and Mia was going to check into pricing.  Aaron suggested that we have
demo items produced if we decide to sell such items.

We all discussed what games we were running at the general meeting.

We are planning to put together some 40k (and general mini) boards.  Aaron
said he had one he might be able to donate that he bought from the Game shop
when they sold theirs.  Mia is checking into how much it would cost to
construct said boards.

Matt brought up the idea of fund-raising.  The idea was tabled until next
meeting.

We discussed the need for a CAB rep.  If you know someone or are yourself

Several people bought WMGG memberships (didn't get a count of how many)

Pizza arrived at about 7:15 or so, and the people were happy (yaaay..)

We had some Cthulu players who are lookin' for someone to GM as well.  If you
know someone interested, drag 'em along to the next meeting.
