John asked whether or not we would like to help with a Halloween trail walk that's going on in town. We decided to ask the membership if anyone would like to help. We made copies of the fliers Issac brought in last week and plan to post them around campus. If anyone out there would like to help post fliers, contact the Guild e-board. The Game Shop gave us the rest of their Warhammer 40k boards (thanks to Andy for handling their donation). The Game Shop offered to demo products at our meetings. We asked the memebers if there was anything they'd like to see and came up with a few ideas: Hackmaster, Big Eyes Small Mouth, Inquisitor... We are in need of Warhammer 40k hills to go along with the newly donated boards. The sooner we get hills and other terrian, the sooner we'll be able to support 40k at our meetings. (If anyone out there would like to donate the time and materials to do this please talk to the e-board or stop by the office). Issac updated the web-page. The updated included various minor details and the posting of minutes to the web. Goon Andrew brought up a good point: If he's going to have to call long distance to get support for MDVII and donations for the library, it would be nice if we provided him a calling card for these purposes. Erin and Prez Andy were looking into making a general Gamer's Guild banner. We need to get prices. A few various and easy to find/make novelties we might be able to have made and sell include keychains and buttons. Membership count was not taken at this meeting, but looked to be approx 40-50.
