We bid a warm welcome to Alan Ray, who took the leap and became the Guild's CAB Rep. His contact info: [deleted -- see the "Contact Us" link on the side bar of the WMGG site] Here' s a good question: How much are we going to charge for ads in the Marmalade Dog VII booklet. While no specific price was determined, we did determine that we'd get more in the form of prize support. The first Guild discounts at the Game Shop were announced and took affect today. They are good for two weeks (at which time it is likely there will be new discounts). Brian from the Game Shop gave us the paint he used on the Warhammer 40k boards they donated. This will help better match hills and whatnot with the color of the boards. We are going to try to get Game's Workshop support for a Rogue Trader tournament at MDVII. If possible, we might also look into having a Rogure Trader event or events at other times during the year. We determined that pre-registration should be completed by January. We've set the deadline for GM's to submit there games as the last week in December. John announced at the meeting that he still needed people for the Halloween trail walk. If anyone out there wants to help contact him at jmattson98_1999@yahoo.com . Membership numbers again weren't counted at the meeting, but it looked like we had 35 - 45 people (A concert happening on campus probably pulled some people from the meeting).
