3.) Exec. Reports
  a.) President (Andy) was not present for the meeting.
  b.) VP^Òs (Erin) report:
      *Two designes for the MD7 table tent ads were made.
      *It was decided that the one with the Eisley Marmalade Dog would be 
used.
  c.) Secretary^Òs (Matt) report:
      *It was understood that Issac was doing the pre-registration book (see 
below).
      *It was agreed that we need more RPGs for the convention.
   d.) Treasurer^Òs (Dave) report:
*The Wizards of the Coast convention support site is down at the moment.   
Contacting them via other means is nearly impossible.
*We were able to obtain a separate room for the Nero LARP during the 
convention.
4.) Liason reports
   a.) Game Shop Contact (Aaron):
      *It will cost approx. $6.99 for one 4^Ò x 8^Ò hardboard at Menards
      *A total of about $84.65 is enough to complete 15 Miniature tables 
(sans-terrain)
      *We could probably use the old legal aid room to store the boards 
temporarily
      *The Rogue Trader event happened last Saturday, and was considered a 
success
      *Rogue Trader at the convention expected to draw 30 - 40 entrants.
      *Considering increasing the Rogue Trader fee from $5 additonal to $10 
additional.
      *Looking into re-designing the office to maximize space
      *Will consult with Chris Muzzo (of Anime Addicts) about estimating 
costs of re-design.
   b.) Publicity coordinator (Issac):
      *Brought a list of current MD7 events, as well as a pre-liminary 
pre-reg book.
      *Secretary Matt agreed to help add events to the pre-reg book.
      *Once events are added, the pre-reg book will be tweaked by Issac.
      *Pre-registration: we can take check, money order, cash, either by 
mail or dropped off in the office.  Unsure about credit cards at the time.
      *Pre-registration prices will be the same as at the door prices.
      *We will be able to take online pre-registration.
      *Side note: we should get t-shirts in the works soon.
   c.) CAB rep (Alan):
      *No meeting this Monday (MLK day).
      *Can obtain CAB funding guidelines.
      *Submitting a budget for MD7 by the end of February should be ok.
   d.) WSA rep (John):
      *New WSAAC guidelines have been approved
      *John was not able to get into WSAAC
      *Going to attempt to get the constitution changed to reflect us as an 
underrepresented group.
      *Noticed the general meeting was not listed in Glances
   e.) Guild Artisan (Mia):
      *Mia and goon Andrew will take on the t-shirt design responsability.
   f.) Good (Andrew) was present, but had no report.
