2. Exec. Reports
   A. President Andy Barrett was present, but had no report.

   B. Vice President Erin Flores's report:
      a. We now have table tent ads that are the right size, but nobody was 
at the S.E.T. office when she went there to drop them off.
      b. VP Erin is planning on reviving the Guild Graffitti.  She will need 
articles and software to plan the layout.  Issac offered a copy of Quark 
Express.

   C. Treasurer Dave Pratt's report:
      a. There was an issue with a postal worker that was stealing checks 
and money out of envelopes.  Our money to Games Workshop was one of the 
envelopes.  The check was cancelled and will be re-issued.
      b. We currently have approx $500 in the off-campus bank account and 
$100 in the Western account.
      c. There is another issue with the Ballroom during MD7 this year.  
Dave met with Ted (the director of the Bernhard Center) to discuss it.  It 
appears the university needs it for some official business, and as a result 
we are looking at alternatives.  Currently they have offered us the Elsworth 
cafeteria, which is larger than the Bernhard cafeteria but smaller than the 
ballroom area.  The main benefit is that we will pay an extremely reducted 
price (I believe it was $100) for the weekend for our inconvenience.

   D. Secretary Matt Duncan's report:
      a. All of the events have been typed into the MD7 pre-registration 
template, and Issac has them now.

3. Other reports
   A. Publicity Coordinator Issac Rzonca's report:
      a. Is working on fliers still.  There is a LAN party that happens 
2-2-02 and he wanted to get fliers concentrating on the MD7 LAN party made 
so that he could bring them with him.
      b. Are we accepting credit cards for online pre-registration?  Aaron 
will be checking into that.

   B. WSA Rep John Mattson was present, but had no report.

   C. CAB Rep Alan Ray was present, but had no report.

   D. Game Shop Contact Aaron Jozwiak's report:
      a. Aaron wants to purchase several Rogue Trader t-shirts for those who 
are planning on working the Rogue Trader event at MD7.  Normally they would 
wear Marmalde Dog t-shirts, but those t-shirts may be prolific at the 
convention and we don't want any confused Warhammer player (or confused 
t-shirt wearers).

   E. Guild Artisan Mia Paluzzi was not present at the meeting.

   F. Goon Andrew Moll was not present at the meeting.

4. There will be no topical organization of the above information for this 
report since most of the above points touched on separate subjects.
