I Call to Order

II Executive Reports

   A President Andrew Barrrett's report

1 We have a new cash box

2 We should bring the library list to meetings so that the members can
browse it

3 We should prepare a survey to find out what type of books people
want to see in the library.

B Vice President Erin Flores's report

1 The table tent ad was turned in

2 The office was cleaned today

   C Tresurer David Pratt's report

1 Talked to Ted at Bernhard center about the room situation for
Marmalade Dog 7. We have available the Arcade area for the LAN party, and
will have a secure place to store computers overnight. We also have the
Elsworth cafeteria. Regardless, we still have the room for NERO. Also, we
will be getting a discounted rate.

2 We have enough membership at the meetings to warrant a second,
Sunday afternoon meeting.

3 The meeting will be in rooms 157 & 158 of the Bernhard Center this
coming Friday. The cafeteria is needed for Regge night.

4 We do have enough cash to go ahead with additional miniature terrain
and game boards.

5 We have enough money to spend a little updating the Guild Library.
Andrew and Mia stated that they might be able to get discounts. Another
idea was that if we buy exclusively from one game shop (probably the Game
Shop itself) we may be able to get an additional discount if we buy a large
volume.

6 We need to begin looking for a new Treasurer for next year. Dave
will begin training anyone interested soon.

D Secretary Matt Duncan was present, but had no report.

III Other reports

A Game Shop Contact Aaron Jozwiak's report

1 If we are going to update the library, we should build additional
shelving in the office. Again, a loft shelf was recommended. Between
everyone on the e-board (and possibly consulting with Chris Muzzo of the
Anime Addicts) we should be able to come up with something.

2 Aaron will double check prices for material he will need for
additional wargaming terrain and boards.

3 Aaron has contacted several companies about MD7, but has not heard
back from anyone.

4 We might want to approach the general membership about what type of
news we want to see in the Guild Grafitti.

B Publicity Coordinator Issac Rzonca's report

1 A form for pre-registration has been created. It was reviewed by
the e-board.

C WSA Rep John Mattson was present, but had no news pertaining to the
Guild.

D CAB Rep Alan Ray was present, but had no news pertaining to the Guild.

E Guild Artisan Mia Paluzzi was present, and commented several times on
other issues, but had no report.

F Guild Goon Andrew Moll brought up the Guild Grafitti issue, and pointed
out that we have two creative writing students and an art student on the
e-board, implying that we should have enough articles for the Grafitti.
