VP Erin reported that the office space forms were complete except for a 
signature from the President (which she got at the meeting)

Treasurer Dave reported that the Bernhard would be unavailable for the next 
two Friday meetings.

Dave also reported that the WotC convention support site *still* wasn't up.  
We do have a backup plan if, for some reason, we do not get con support from 
WotC.

Artisan Mia reported that the pre-reg books were ready.

Mia also reported the following on the t-shirts:

~Need to get logos from Isaac for the shirt
~Need to find out which game shops are going to support us
~We decided to go with a dark blue shirt with light blue ink
~We decided to order smaller than Large only by special request
~We decided to determine what sizes will be needed by polling the general 
membership.
~We decided to go with 4 dozen t-shirts.
