Idea: we should coordinate with Anime Addicts for the next Bronco Bash
location. Erin will be working on the paperwork for the Bash this coming
year.

Summer meetings had a positive response. Andy B. and Erin will not be here
for either Spring or Summer semesters, and Mike Wilson will not be here for
the Summer semester. Other than that, everyone said they'd be able to
attend. Tentatively, we have set e-board meetings for 5:00 Fridays in the
conference room as has been this past year. We have not decided on a
location for an actual gaming meeting, however. Brown hall was one
suggested location.

John is volunteering at the Hilltoppers event tomorrow (Saturday). We are
all welcome to attend. the Hilltopers is a group of volunteers who have
been working on the beautification of East Campus. This year they will be
working on removing the deadwood and brush from the hill next to East hall.

The idea of gamer reps was brought up by Mia. She recommended that each
e-board member pick a game company they would like to try to contact for the
Guild. What we are looking for out of the companies was not discussed, but
is likely things like representatives at our convention, donations for the
library, and event and prize support for our convention. Everyone has been
asked to pick one company and bring that info with them at the next e-board
meeting.

John brought up the idea of a LAN party in Fall semester. Isaac responded
with the fact that we've had power issues at Marmie Dog this year and at
Bernhard in general, and that we as a Guild do not have the technical stuff
to host a LAN party. The discussion was not brought to conclusion, and will
likely be debated in upcoming e-board meetings.

President Andy (Moll) has agreed to take on the responsibility of being our
representative with the Bernhard Center. And there was much rejoicing....

How about having an early bird special for MD8? A good idea brought up (I
think) by Wilson is to give people who pre-register far in advance a chance
to get a t-shirt at essentially cost. No clear numbers were thrown down,
and this issue should be discussed again in the future.

Dave gave us some good advice on t-shirts: Sell the ones from this year for
$10 until Bronco Bash, then drop the price to $5 to liquidate inventory.
Any shirts left over from MD6 should be casually thrown (or viciously
lobbed) at people at Bash as, well, free promotional and cool items.

Andrew Mattes said that he'd be willing to serve as a backup CAB rep should
we need one.

Our wholehearted thanks go out to Dave Pratt, who has been working with the
Guild for (I think) 3 years now, and has been a rock of support and
cool-headedness for the organization. Thanks, in part, to him, the Gamer's
Guild now has a small working fund which we can use to further grow as an
organization. Thanks Dave for the hard work, and congratulations on
graduating!
