Minutes for Friday, January 13, 2006

Attendance:  Jeremy, Aaron, Roadkill, Beta, Rob McMaster, Ben, Isaac, 
Pat, and Mike.

WSA Report (Beta):  No meeting this week.
Librarian (Pat):  Rogue Trader registered, but its too late for the 
White Dwarf.

Isaac:  Warhammer rules are needed on website.  The console games 
need to be 	registered for Marmalade Dog.  Plus, we need to get the 
console games running 	during the general meetings.  Next week will 
begin the console run.  Also, we need to make a list of charities to 
donate to for the convention.  Some ideas include Child’s Play and 
ACTOR.  The GM swag needs to be ordered soon.  We need to find the 
T-shirts and mugs, and the information sent to Isaac (Ben).  Next 
week, Mitch will be giving the power layout of the ballroom for the 
LAN.

Treasurer (Ben):  Confirmation letter from WSA arrived.  After our 
convention, we need 	to send the purple slip provided in.  Display 
cases might not be allowed every week, due to miscommunication.  
Phone bill is late, and needs to be dealt with.

CAB Report (Rob):  Martin Luther King day booth is available, but we 
don’t have time to prepare one.

VP Report (Roadkill):  Cottage Inn Pizza discount goes into effect 
next weekend.  Only at a specific Cottage Inn, however.

Aaron:  Confirmation on running Settlers of Catan, with a Settlers of 
Catan 3D game as the prize.  There is no further information 
regarding Mark H. running Settlers of Catan during the general 
meetings.

President (Jeremy):  He needs to talk to the Game Shop and NERO about 
the convention.

Secretary (Mike):  We have two new vendors and one person registering 
for the weekend passes.
